  • What types of goods can be stored with you?
    We offer storage capacity for a variety of goods: Palletized goods of all kinds, general cargo, oversized goods, vehicles (cars, trucks, classic cars, special vehicles), machinery and equipment, commercial goods, raw materials and semi-finished products. For special requirements such as temperature-controlled storage or storage of dangerous goods, appropriately equipped areas are available. We are happy to advise you on the possibilities for your specific goods.
  • How are vehicles stored with you?
    Our vehicle storage takes place in specially designated, secure and dry halls. The vehicles are parked on a level surface and covered with protective covers if required. For long-term storage, we recommend additional measures such as disconnecting the battery, jacking up to relieve the tires and regular inspections. Upon request, we also offer comprehensive service that includes regular maintenance work, battery charging and short drives to avoid standstill damage. Our facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art security systems to ensure the protection of your valuable vehicles.
  • How does storage and retrieval work?
    The storage and retrieval process is simple and efficient: During storage, your goods are received, checked, recorded in the system and moved to the designated storage location. You receive confirmation of the stored goods. For retrieval, a notification with the required information (item number, quantity, desired date) is sufficient. We pick the goods and make them available at the agreed time or organize transport to the desired destination. Our warehouse management system enables fast and precise processing of your orders.
  • How are goods insured during storage?
    We have comprehensive warehouse insurance that covers basic risks such as fire, water, burglary and theft. However, the insurance coverage is limited to a certain value per square meter. For high-value goods or vehicles, we recommend taking out additional insurance that covers the full value of the goods. We are happy to advise you on the various insurance options and can also arrange special insurance for your goods upon request. Please note that correct value declaration of the stored goods is required for insurance.
  • What contract terms are possible for storage?
    We offer flexible contract terms for storing your goods: Short-term storage (daily), medium-term storage (weekly or monthly) and long-term storage (several months or years). The minimum term is usually one day, with no upper limit. For longer-term storage, we offer attractive conditions. The notice periods vary depending on the contract term and are agreed individually. We are happy to adapt to your specific requirements and find the optimal solution for your storage needs.
  • Do you also offer additional services for storage?
    Yes, we offer numerous additional services related to storage: Order picking and packaging, labeling and marking, inventory services, quality controls, repacking and assembly, compilation of displays or promotional sets, returns management, customs clearance for goods in customs warehouse, transport and distribution of stored goods. For vehicles, we additionally offer maintenance services, cleaning, technical inspections and preparation for delivery or transport.
